I have had dealings with roberston technologies and their attitude towards us was terrible, we have since moved to a much better”"Virtual IT Department” I Would hold your dream Hamish as the service we remember (which is very recent) was terrible, your staff (allocated engineer, who was different everytime) did not have a clue about our system and we lost email and important call centre software. For your dream to come true I would suggest you try a more hands on approach as even though I knew you were in the office your PA would tell me otherwise. I could even hear you in the background saying you were not onsite?

Well done with the awards but I am sure, as you know, awards are everywhere and become nothing more than another trophy logo on your business cards and website.

I hope the other terrotories you have secured have a better support system in place.
