		<description>I write a full list of all my tasks/ongoing projects first thing in the morning, before I turn on my computer. There&#039;s nothing like having that big friendly screen staring at you to disrupt your thought processes.

I take about a minute to prioritize my list, then get to work, preferably avoiding opening my email until I have to. Once it&#039;s open, it tends to stay open, and I have a hard time ignoring it.

Your programme sounds like mine, but for ninjas.</description>
