Tuesday 21st September: Meet & greet Russ Wallace, TBC
We’re excited to have visitor Russ Wallace, founder of trend hunting site Trendero, visiting Edinburgh this week from San Francisco. In addition to running Trendero, Russ does some freelance blogging for Valley publications and is interested in consumer web and social media startups here. We’ll be meeting with him Tuesday night and wanted to see who else might like to join? Give us a shout below if you’d specifically like to meet him and we’ll see what we can sort out, or holler to @Trendero on Twitter…
Want to meet the most famous female VC on the planet? Well, here you go… Ann Winblad is a super accomplished entrepreneur and VC, and she’s kindly agreed to speak at an event while she’s in town. This week’s E-Club will be held with the Edinburgh Wine Meetup, so expect some extra wine tasting, cheese and crackers, and more time to mingle. Ann will speak in the middle and share some of her tales too, so this should be a really good night. Free as always, just drop your name to RSVP here.
Friday 24th September: Edinburgh Coffee Morning, 8am at Centotre (George Street)
